Completed AA Flights!!! Phew

I recently completed my first round trip on AA since the 'incident' last year. There was considerable confusion with our seat upgrades and transfers in CLT. But we did arrive delayed in both directions completely unscathed. And our checked luggage was delivered quickly and undamaged. Thanks AA. Phew.
